95% say web registration is easy-to-use

We went live with our new web registration system just over one week ago. Based on the data we've gathered of students who've registered up to this point, just over 95% of students have found the system easy-to-use. We'll continue to further refine the registration process to ensure it continues to serve our community well.

How was this data gathered? At the end of check out, students are required to answer what's called our response analysis question. The question simply is: "Did you find the registration system easy-to-use?"

We believe it's incredibly important to maintain feedback on our program or courses. Should you have any ideas, please contact us at your convenience.

The Early Bird Gets the Discount & The Print Catalog Arrives

With much anticipation, we took our new web registration system live yesterday afternoon. We called it our "soft opening" in advance of the actual print catalog being delivered. By and large, the students who did register over the past few days have remarked they have found the new online registration process easy and intuitive, unlike the pain of our previous system.

We want to encourage all students to register online. Students who register online and apply the promo code EARLY will receive a $5.00 discount at checkout through January 27th.

Also, in a conversation we had with our printer today, the print catalog is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow to De Anza College and the post office. Our best guess is residents in the area will receive catalogs beginning Friday and through the following week.
